Abstract:
The present invention relates to a facility for manufacturing fuel that generates a large amount of heat using a waste material and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein a water-containing waste material, such as organic sludge or food waste, is processed sequentially such that the waste material can be instantly used as a boiler solid raw material while guaranteeing effective treatment of the waste material, and moisture can be effectively separated from the introduced waste material such that the same can be efficiently used as a boiler material. According to the present invention, there is provided a facility for manufacturing fuel that generates a large amount of heat using a waste material, comprising: a supply hopper for supplying a water-containing waste material; a molding machine for molding the water-containing waste material, which has been supplied by the supply hopper, in a predetermined shape; a drying/discharging machine provided on one side of the molding machine so as to partially dewater the molded material, which has been molded, and to discharge the same to the outside; a medium oil introducing machine for providing the molded material, which has been treated by the drying/discharging machine, with water-repellent medium oil; a medium oil separating machine for separating the medium oil from the molded material, which has been treated by the drying/discharging machine; a discharged air treatment device for treating moisture of discharged air, which is discharged from the drying/discharging machine; and a boiler provided on one side of the drying/discharging machine so as to heat the medium oil using the molded material, which is discharged from the drying/discharging machine, as the raw material, the boiler supplying the high-temperature medium oil towards the drying/discharging machine.
