Abstract:
A facility and a method for processing a rolling material are disclosed. A facility for processing a rolling material according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a pretreatment device for removing a defect and a foreign substance on the surface of a rolling material discharged from a continuous casting machine; and a sacrificial layer applying device which applies steel sludge to the surface of the rolling material, which is transferred after undergoing the pretreatment device, in a spraying method, thereby forming a sacrificial layer.
