Abstract:
A method performed by a computing device, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: generating activity record data for each user by using access log data; classifying each user into a normal group or a failure experience group on the basis of the activity record data; and predicting an occurrence of a failure by using a result of performing a statistical test for analyzing a difference in the amount of activities between the normal group and the failure experience group.
