Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide a fall-out prevention fastener having a simple structure and effectively prevented from falling out of a fall-out prevention fastening tool without a worker being required to exert a large force. [MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS] The fall prevention fastener has, on in its outer surface (11), generally flat fitting surfaces (2) and an engagement groove (4). The fitting surfaces (2) are fitted into a socket (6) of the fall prevention fastening tool (5) and receiving a fastening force. The engagement groove (4) has an engagement surface (41) formed to face downward in order that an engagement projection member (7), projecting with elastic force into the socket (6), can be engaged with the engagement surface (41). The fall-out prevention fastener may have fastening inhibiting swelled sections (3) formed by swelling portions of the outer surface (11) outward.
