Abstract:
A faller gill groove milling machine workbench, comprising a lathe bed (1), an X-axis adjustment mechanism, and a workbench (2). The surface of the lathe bed comprises an adjustment groove (3) with a recess along the axial direction; the surface of the lathe bed at two sides of the adjustment groove (3) is provided with two line rails (4); the X-axis adjustment mechanism is mounted in the adjustment groove (3) and comprises a mounting seat (5), a drive motor (6), and an X-screw (7), wherein the mounting seat (5) is fixed at one end of the adjustment groove (3), the drive motor (6) is fixed at one side surface of the mounting seat (5), one end of the X-screw (7) is provided with an angular contact ball bearing (10) and is fastened at the other side of the mounting seat (5), an end of the X-screw (7) is linked to the drive motor (6) by means of a coupler, and the other end of the X-screw (7) is fixed inside the adjustment groove (3) by means of a bearing seat; the bottom of the workbench (2) is provided with a protruding mounting block (15), which is fixed to a nut seat on the X-screw (7); a plurality of slide blocks (17) is provided at two sides of the mounting block (15) and is fitted with the line rails; the workbench is controlled by the screw to slide along the line rails. A plurality of processing grooves (18) is provided on the surface of the workbench. The faller gill groove milling machine workbench enhances the rigidity of a screw feed shaft, and guarantees the processing precision in groove milling.
