Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] A falling-off prevention device and loosening prevention nut capable of preventing falling off and loosening of a nut. The prevention is achieved by a wire of a coil spring whose lower end is open fitting into a bolt screw groove. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A falling-off prevention device (1) screwed on a bolt and having a coil spring section (3) and a tubular body (2) to which the upper end of the coil spring section is fixed and that has an opening (7) to which the lower end of the coil spring section is engaged, wherein the inner diameter of the coil spring section is smaller than the outer diameter of a leg section of the bolt, the coil spring section is engaged with the tubular body with the lower end of the coil spring section expanded in diameter, and the lower end of the coil spring section is made movable in the direction of the diameter expansion.
