Abstract:
This invention relates to a ventilation and cooling device, more particularly, to a fan for regulating air humidity and lowing the temperature which includes an impeller (1), an air outlet (2), an air inlet (3), a water tank (4), and a water shade (5). The water shade, lower portion of which is in the water tank, is provided between the air outlet and the impeller. The device also includes a cool-storing device (6) placed in an air input passage, in which cool-storing pipes having cool media are provided. The invention has a reasonable structure, high efficiency and lower cost. Since lowing temperature by heat exchanging of the cool-storing device based on water cooling, this invention has better effect. This invention can low the temperature only by the cool-storing device when it has high air humidity to be not suite for lowing temperature by water.
