A fan assembly and a ducted air conditioner. The fan assembly comprises: a plurality of fans (10), which are sequentially connected and can be rotated at the same time to change the orientation of air outlets of the plurality of fans (10), the rotation axes of the plurality of fans (10) being collinear; and a driving device (20), which is in driving connection to the plurality of fans (10) and configured to drive the plurality of fans (10) to rotate.
