Abstract:
A fan bridge frame cable, comprising a cable core (4), an EPCV insulating layer (6) and a flame-retardant CPE sheath layer (12). The insulating layer (6) is formed by extruding and wrapping an insulating material at the outer side of the cable core by means of a rubber extruding machine, and the ingredient components of the insulating material contain a vulcanizing agent. The rubber extruding machine comprises low-speed extrusion and high-speed extrusion, and the processing conditions for low-speed extrusion are: the feeding port temperature is 70-75°C, the screw temperature is 80-85°C, the machine body first section temperature is 85-90°C, the machine body second section temperature is 90-95°C, and the machine head temperature is 95-100°C. The processing conditions for high-speed extrusion are: the feeding port temperature is 65-70°C, the screw temperature is 75-80°C, the machine body first section temperature is 80-90°C, the machine body second section temperature is 85-95°C, and the machine head temperature is 75-85°C. The speed of the rubber extruding machine is 9-20 m/min, and the vapor pressure within a vulcanization pipeline of the rubber extruding machine is 15-20 bar. The fan bridge frame cable has an insulating tensile strength reaching 12.3 MPa, fulfills PRI oil-resistant properties in UL 1227, has both power signal transmission and control signal transmission capabilities and, at the same time, fulfills flame-retardant and high mechanical properties, and cold-resistant and oil-resistant properties.
