Abstract:
This fan device of an outer rotor type is provided with: a rotor rotatable about the central axis extending in an up-down direction; a rotating blade provided on the rotor and rotatable together with the rotor; and a stator for driving the rotor. The rotor has: magnets having a plurality of magnetic poles different from each other, which are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction; and a holding member having a resin cylindrical portion covering the outside surfaces of the magnets in the radial direction. The holding member further has a magnet covering portion covering the inside surfaces of the magnets in the radial direction. The magnet covering portion is a part of the same member as the cylindrical portion.
