The invention provides a fan-exposed type air-conditioned garment ventilator simple in construction, easy to attach and having high ventilation performance. It is characterized by comprising a dc motor (51), a propeller (52) attached to the rotary shaft of the dc motor, a casing (4), the casing comprising a cylindrical section substantially covering the propeller, a bottom plate (45) having a motor attaching section, and a number of guard pillars (42) connecting the cylindrical section and the bottom plate, the openings between the guard pillars being used as air drawing sections (47), the spacing between the lower end of the propeller and the upper surface of the bottom plate of the casing being not less than 1/6 of the diameter of the propeller, the propeller, dc motor and casing being integrated.
