Abstract:
A fan guard (10) according to the present invention is provided with an inner part (11), an outer frame part (12) and a guard part (13). The guard part (13) comprises a plurality of first frames (14) that form a plurality of first opening regions (R10A-R10E) that are arranged in a circumferential direction and annularly enclose the entire periphery of the inner part and a plurality of first linear ribs (15) that are provided in each of the first opening regions (R10A-R10E) so as to define each of the first opening regions. When looking at the first first opening region and the second first opening region bordering the first first opening region, the plurality of first linear ribs (15) that define the first first opening region and the plurality of first linear ribs (15) that define the second first opening region are positioned such that they are contiguous in a bent form or are not contiguous with one another. The fan guard (10) can set the direction of air flow through the opening regions for each of the plurality of opening regions.
