Abstract:
A fan and a range hood. The fan comprises a volute (2), an impeller (3) built in a cavity of the volute, and a water storage box (1). The water storage box (1) is internally provided with a liquid storage cavity (11) used for accommodating cleaning liquid. A blade at a bottom part of the impeller (3) may be at least partially immersed in the cleaning liquid. An outer casing at a bottom part of the volute (2) is a non-sealed casing, the bottom part of the volute (2) is accommodated in the liquid storage cavity (11) that opens upwards, and respective liquid levels of a bottom part cavity and the liquid storage cavity (11) communicating with each other may be flush.
