Abstract:
This fan comprises: a fan section provided with an impeller which has a plurality of blades and a casing which accommodates the impeller and in which an air channel through which an air current flows is formed; and an attachment section open from an air discharge side surface to an air intake side surface and provided with an opening for accommodating the fan section. An opening end of the opening of the attachment section, the opening end being located on the air discharge side surface, and the air discharge outlet of the air channel in the casing, the air discharge outlet being provided in the air discharge side surface, have the same size. The height of the air discharge side surface of the attachment section measured to the air discharge side in the rotation axis direction of the impeller is greater than the height of the position of the opening end measured at the position of the outer peripheral end of a radial outer peripheral surface, and is smaller than the height of a plane formed by connecting the opening end and the outer peripheral end.
