Abstract:
A fan usable also as a heater can easily switch between a heater function and a fan function. The fan comprises a back protective net (3) fitted to a motor case (2), a boss part (21) formed on the front of the motor case (2), a motor shaft (23) protruded forward from the motor case (2) through a through hole (22) in the boss part (21), rotary blades (31) detachably held by the motor shaft (23), and a front protective net (4) detachably fitted to the front edge of the back protective net. The fan further comprises split reflection plates (24) which are disposed at an intermediate part between the back protective net (4) and the rotary blades (31) and extended like petals in the radial direction of the boss part (21) from the boss part (21) to form a parabolic reflection plate as a whole. The split reflection plates (24) are supported rotatably in the circumferential direction of the boss part (21) and foldable in to an overlapping form in the longitudinal direction of the boss part (21). A heating body (51) can be fitted to a position in front of the parabolic reflection plate with the rotary blades (31) detached therefrom, and a power supply receptacle (15) to be connected to the heating body (51) is provided.
