Abstract:
A fan wheel and a fan using said fan wheel, the fan wheel comprising a wheel cover (1), a wheel plate (2), and a plurality of vanes (3); an air inlet opening (10) is provided at the center of the wheel cover (1), top and bottom ends of the vanes (3) are respectively connected to the wheel cover (1) and the wheel plate (2), air channels (30) are formed between adjacent vanes (3), a wheel cover outlet shaping line (11) is formed from a cooperating area of an edge of the wheel cover (1) and an air channel outlet (301), a wheel plate outlet shaping line (21) is formed from a cooperating area of an edge of the wheel plate (2) and the air channel outlet (301); when viewing the wheel cover outlet shaping line (11) and the wheel plate outlet shaping line (21) from a top-down view of a single air channel (30), the wheel cover outlet shaping line (11) and the wheel plate outlet shaping line (21) do not have even radial distances from a fan wheel axis Z. The fan wheel has low mass, low manufacturing costs, does not make much noise, and can also improve air exhaust volume of the whole machine.
