Abstract:
A fancy piping fabric with warp and weft having different colors. The warp density is 33-38 threads/cm, the weft density is 35-39 threads/cm, the fabric weight is 163-179 g/m2, the warp tightness is 52-61, the weft tightness is 27-36. The fabric comprises: yarn A: red, 33 tex×2, Z-Z/S twist; yarn B: grey, 38.95 tex×2, Z-Z/S twist; yarn C: brown, 43.21 tex×2, Z twist; and yarn D: camel, 56.02 tex×1, Z twist. The color yarn arrangement is: warp yarns 10C1A1B/12 threads, and only the weft yarn D. The fabric has a reasonable structure, is comfortable to use, and can meet special consumption needs.
