Abstract:
Disclosed is a fast assembled hinge base for a keyed toilet seat cover. The hinge base comprises two hinge shafts (10) and two seats (20), wherein an insert pin (21) on the seats (20) is connected to a pin hole (111) on the hinge shafts (10) in such a way as to be inserted and withdrawn from the pin hole. The hinge base further comprises a push switch (30) mounted between the two hinge shafts (10) to perform locking control of the insert pin (21) in the pin hole (111). The push switch (30) is composed of a hinge tube (31), a button seat (32), a locking control rod (33) in the button seat (32) and sliding radially along the hinge tube (31), a spring (34) and a push-button (35) pressing the locking control rod (33). Two ends of the locking control rod (33) are axially inserted into the hinge shafts (10), respectively, and fit in a sliding manner radially therewith. Each end of the locking control rod (33) is provided in an upward and downward dislocation with a locking piece (331) and an unlocking piece (332). Each insert pin is provided with a locking groove and an unlocking groove. When the locking piece (331) and the locking groove (22) are snap-fitted together, the unlocking piece (332) and the unlocking groove (23) are separated. When the push-button auto-locks, the locking piece (331) and the locking groove (22) are separated and the unlocking piece (332) and the unlocking groove (23) are snap-fitted together. Compared with existing similar products, the fast assembled hinge base has a simpler structure, is assembled faster, the operation is easier and more convenient, and the functional stability is higher.
