Abstract:
A fast-assembly combined liquid supply valve, comprising a right valve body (26), a left valve body (1), a pre-tightening mechanism, a spring ball linkage mechanism, and a fast assembly plug. The left valve body (1) and the right valve body (26) are combined in the left-right direction; the pre-tightening mechanism is provided in the right valve body (26); the two ends of the spring ball linkage mechanism are respectively arranged in the left valve body (1) and the right valve body (26); and the fast assembly plug is provided on the left valve body (1). The fast-assembly combined liquid supply valve is simple in structure, low in manufacturing cost, high in control precision, and fast in response speed, and can use the structure of the liquid supply valve to achieve the automatic adjustment of pressure between flow channels, and the instantaneous opening and closing of a liquid supply pipe, and a plurality of liquid supply pipes perform liquid supply in a concentrated mode and an assembly speed is fast, and thus, an any amount of liquid supply pipes can perform liquid supply in the concentrated mode, the flexible and fast assembly can be achieved, and the present invention can solve the problem that a plurality of hydraulic pump stations supply the liquid in the concentrated mode in a hydraulic system occasion needing large flow and large pressure. Further disclosed is a usage method and a fast assembly method for the fast-assembly combined liquid supply valve.
