Abstract:
The invention relates to an assembly component (10) which facilitates the assembling onto the mesh in all mechanisms operating regarding with fluid mechanics and which provides a fast and secure connection and sealing to all transmission pipes (20) performing liquid and air transmission. The said assembly component (10) includes a sealing (11), a main body (12) and a spring (13), which are assembled to each other and have a composite structure. The said assembly component (10) provides a very easy assembling on the mesh for all mechanisms operating regarding with fluid mechanics. The assembly component (10), which provides a fast and secure connection and sealing to all transmission pipes (20) performing liquid and air transmission, also provides sealing. The most significant feature of the said assembly component (10) is that it can be manually assembled onto the pipe (20) in a very short amount of time, almost instantly, and therefore it decreases the assembling time period significantly.

Claims:
CLAIMS

1. An assembly component (10) which facilitates the assembling onto the mesh in all mechanisms operating regarding with fluid mechanics and which provides a fast and secure connection and sealing to all transmission pipes (20) performing liquid and air transmission, characterized by comprising a sealing (1 1 ) which provides sealing with the pipe (20) and a spring (13) which performs the compressing process between the main body (12) and the main pipe (20) and fixates these two pieces together.

2. An assembly component (10) according to Claim 1 , characterized in that the said sealing (1 1 ) is manufactured of rubber material.

3. An assembly component (10) according to Claim 1 , characterized by comprising a radius main body (12) which holds the sealing (1 1 ) on itself, which provides the connection with the hose or the pipe (20) and which is manufactured of a plastic-based material.

FAST ASSEMBLY, DIAMETER REDUCTION AND SEALING COMPONENT

Technical Field

The invention relates to an assembly component which facilitates the assembling onto the mesh in all mechanisms operating regarding with fluid mechanics and which provides a fast and secure connection and sealing to all transmission pipes performing liquid and air transmission.

Prior Art

In mechanisms operating by fluid mechanics, the greatest disadvantage of the current devices used for assembling onto the mesh is that the assembly time is long and causes loss of time during the assembling process. Due to the fact that the said devices are attached onto the pipe or hose by auxiliary tools or machines, the assembling process takes time and requires extra force of labor. The current applications (Prizkoli) includes two plastic sealings, one rubber sealing, 4 or 2 screws and a nut. In addition, there is a sealing in between. Often, the sealing is not located into its place completely in the assembling and it is not processed. When the said sealing is not located into its place completely, the liquid inside the pipe or the hose can leak from the connection point and sealing feature is not achieved. On the other hand, the screwing time being long for the screw and nut used during the assembling of the current parts and screwing tools not working properly cause disadvantages during the assembling process.

Many studies have been done and novel products have been developed for the purpose of easing the assembling of pipe and hose and purpose of providing a sealing feature on the points of assembly. One of these studies is an invention which is the subject of a patent with number TR201007346 and with title“A novelty in o-ring channel and assembly - disassembly systems of plastic pipe connection compound couplings”. The invention is related to a novelty in body o-ring channel systems, which provides a complete body sealing and facilitates assembly and disassembly procedures in the couplings developed for connecting plastic pipes used in liquid transmission procedures, in all types of pipe connection systems (potable water/ mains water, pool, garden, fountain) or in agricultural irrigation (sprinkler systems, drip irrigation systems and alike), with no limit of diameter.

As a result, due to the facts that an assembly component, which eliminates all the disadvantages in the prior art, is required and the current solutions are insufficient; a development in the technical field is required. Brief Description of the Invention

The present invention relates to an assembly component which provides a fast and secure connection and sealing to all transmission pipes performing liquid and air transmission, which fulfills all the requirements stated above, which eliminates all the disadvantages and in addition provides some additional advantages.

Based on the prior art, the aim of the invention is to provide a decrease in the assembling time by assembling the developed assembly component to the pipe manually.

The aim of the invention is to provide a decrease the cost of assembly by eliminating the need for tools, intermediate parts and similar auxiliary elements which are required for the assembly, due to the fact that the assembly component can be attached to the pipe manually.

Another aim of the invention is to provide a product with an assembling procedure which is practical, which requires a short amount of time for application and which eases the assembling procedure due to the fact that the assembly component is composed of parts connected to each other and is applied ubiquitously.

Structural and characteristical features of the invention, along with its all advantages, shall be better understood in detail by the figures provided below and the detailed description which gives references to these figures; therefore, an evaluation shall be made by taking these figures and detailed description into the account.

In order for the structure of the present invention to be understood in the best manner, along with extra elements and with all of its advantages; it shall be evaluated with regards to the figures described below.

20. Pipe Detailed Description of the Invention

In this detailed description, an assembly component (10) of the invention, which facilitates the assembling onto the mesh in all mechanisms operating regarding with fluid mechanics and which provides a fast and secure connection and sealing to all transmission pipes (20) performing liquid and air transmission is described merely for the purpose of the subject being better understood in detail and without forming any limitations.

The assembly component (10) shown in Figure 1 , includes a sealing (1 1 ), a main body (12) and a spring (13), which are assembled to each other and have a composite structure. The said assembly component (10) provides a very easy assembling on the mesh for all mechanisms operating regarding with fluid mechanics. The assembly component (10), which provides a fast and secure connection and sealing to all transmission pipes (20) performing liquid and air transmission, also provides sealing. The most significant feature of the said assembly component (10) is that it can be manually assembled onto the pipe (20) in a very short amount of time, almost instantly, and therefore it decreases the assembling time period significantly.

In the assembly component (10) shown in Figure 2, there is a sealing (1 1 ) made of rubber material, for the purpose of providing a sealing with the pipe (20). On the said sealing (1 1 ), a main body (12) made of plastic-based material is placed for the purpose of connecting the hose or the pipe (20). A fixation spring (13) is located between the said main body (12) and the main pipe (20) which performs the compressing procedure and fixates these two pieces onto each other. Due to the said fixation spring (13), the time required for assembling is shortened and the need of using extra axillary materials or tools for assembling is eliminated.

The assembly component (10) shown in Figure 3, is composed of a rubber sealing (1 1 ) located in the point of contact with the pipe (20), a plastic main body (12) which holds the rubber sealing (1 1 ) on itself to assembly the hose to the assembly component (10), and a fixation spring (13) made of metal material to fixate to the main pipe (20). The said plastic main body (12) is manufactured in radius form for the assembling to the main pipe (20) and a rubber sealing (1 1 ) is fixated on the point of contact with the main pipe (20). The said assembly component (10) is fixated to the main pipe (20) by a fixation spring (13) made of metal material. The said assembly component (10) can provide sealing in the repairment of the pipes (20). Sealing and pipe repairment can be possible by blunting the hole located in the end of the said assembly component (10) or by replacing the sealing (1 1 ) with a blunt sealing.

The said assembly component (10) can be used for receiving liquids from the main mesh and also covering the small cracks or holes on the main pipes (20). Also, by various screwed or assembly designs of the end part of the main body (12) of the said assembly component (10), can be assembled onto the main mesh by using tools or machines that is operated regarding the fluid mechanics. The said spring (13) can be designed in sectional form according to the diameter of the pipe (20) and therefore sealing and ease in assembling can be achieved for all pipes (20) with varying diameters. On the other hand, the said assembly component (10) can be used as an apparatus of diameter reduction or sealing apparatus by altering the spring (13) shape by the plain plastic pedestal on the ends of the pipe (20).
