Abstract:
Disclosed is a fast and automatic assembly and disassembly structure for a toilet lid set, implemented in combination with two bases fixed to the toilet, a positioning rod with a contracted neck and an upright cone being provided on the bases, wherein a coupling spindle is pivotally connected with the lid and a race by means of two automatic mechanisms. The automatic mechanisms comprise a main body with the positioning rod passing therethrough. A sliding member pushed by a sliding member spring and a lock pushed by a locking plate spring are provided in the main body. The sliding member upper sliding plate and the lower sliding front end form an arcuate incision. The lower surface of the lower sliding plate forms a unidirectional snap unit. The distance between the upper sliding plate and the lower sliding plate is greater than the height of the upright cone at the top part of the positioning rod. The upper surface of the locking plate forms a snap hook to hook the snap unit. An annular groove is provided below the contracted neck of the positioning rod. A movable locking pin is provided on a pivot sleeve of the race or on a pivot seat of the lid and an inclined guide face pushing the movable locking pin is correspondingly provided at the side of the pivot seat of the lid or of the pivot sleeve of the race, to make the movable locking pin move, and extend same into the annular groove of the positioning rod. Application of force to the whole of the lid set can achieve fast and automatic assembly and disassembly thereof.
