Abstract:
The present invention was developed to take a quick shower (without fiber) with 2 zones and a full length ablution (in full length ablution, the whole body was washed 3 times with water) and it consists 7 plastic pipes, one of which is long and seven short, and 8 threaded adapters added by welding to the plastic pipe, threaded te mounted on three main connection parts, 2 ball valves which liquid soap is put, 2 metal valves providing water outlet control and 2 vertical fan nozzles that provide shape control consists. Once the person has entered the shower and to made sure that only the top of the panel is open and 25 ml of liquid soap has been placed, activates the tap to the maximum level and rotate around it twice under high pressure foamy water (25 bar) for a total of 15 seconds then wash the armpit and hair/beard in the in 15 seconds. The person can scrub the desired parts while washing. In the same way, person can be washed easily with pressurized soap water using the bottom of the panel (without fiber).

Claims:
CLAIMS

1. 1. The invention is a panel for fast and water-saving shower; 7 plastic pipes (11-12-13-14- 15-16-17-18), one of which is long and seven short, and 8 threaded adapters (21-22-23-24- 25-26-27-28)) added by welding to the plastic pipe, threaded te (31-32-33) mounted on three main connection parts, 2 ball valves (41-42) which liquid soap is put, 2 metal valves (51-52) providing water outlet control and 2 vertical fan nozzles (61-62) that provide shape control consists.

2. Fast shower panel according to claim 1, characterized in that; the 90 cm pipe (11) is using to determine the vertical length of the panel by taking advantage of the capillarity effect, to be mounted on the wall with standard plumbing clips (suitable for 20 mm pipe) at a distance of 2 cm from the top and bottom end and the threaded te (33) is welidng to the bottom end of pipe (11) then 4 cm pipe (18) is connecting threaded adapter (26) and pipe (11) by welding (26) and the upper side of the pipe (11) threaded adapter (21) (elbow) is welded, when using the panel pressure -resistant shower hose is assembling to bottom threaded adapter (26) and to other end of shower hose a check valve is fitted to prevent the main error foaming water (intrusion inside to main water installation).

Fast shower panel according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that; the two 4 cm pipes (12- 14) are welding to the gear te (31) and two threaded adapters (23-27) are welding to the other ends of 4 cm pipes (12-14), then this main connection apparatus is connecting to the threaded adapter (elbow-shaped) on the panel (21), to the other end of this apparatus metal valve (51) is connecting and the other end of the metal valve (51) the first fan nozzle (61) which operates according to Bernoulli principle (P + ½.dV L 2 = fixed) is connecting.

4. Fast shower panel according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that; a liquid soap chamber plastic ball valve (41) which is welded to the threaded adapter with a 4 cm tube (13) is connecting to the upper end of the gear te (31).

5. Fast shower panel according to claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, characterized in that; the same as the part connected to the threaded adapter (21) to which the upper fan 1 nozzle (61) is attached, the second fan nozzle (62) operating according to the lower Bernoulli principle (P + ½.dV L 2 = constant) is connecting to the gear te (33) is connecting.

6. Fast shower panel according to claims 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5; as the most efficient technique, the upper and lower plastic ball valves (4) are using separately by placing 25 ml of liquid soap to washing (without fiber) the person turns self around for 30 seconds and after using shampoo keeping open the top and bottom of the two metal valves (5) to rising a person turns self around for 20 seconds.

Technical Area

While the present invention provides direct (non-fiber) washing of the whole body in 2 zones with direct (non-fibrous) pressurized soapy water (non-fibrous), normal shower panels help to rinse with water only locally.

Old Technic

In normal shower panels, the nozzles are densely placed in circular areas at certain small intervals, and the normal shower panels are connected by a shower hose to the router or directly to the main line.

In the normal shower panel, rinse is done with pressurized water coming out from the nozzles placed intensely in a few parts such as palm size.

In order to take a shower more quickly, it is desired to shower with pressurized soapy water application for individuals with a maximum length of 1.90-0.85 m not leaving gap in 2 regions and for individuals with 0.85 m and below not leaving gap in 1 region. In this case, the length, operation and equipment of the normal shower panel must first be thoroughly designed using information related to the field of mechanical engineering.

Apart from the fast shower panel I have designed, there is no such shower panel and system that saves water and time by pressurized soapy water. Purpose of this invention

1) The aim is to provide a shower panel which allows fast showering without using fibers in a linear spacing with foamy (soapy) water under high and low pressure.

2) To save water (up to 50%) and time (up to 50%).

3) It is to realize a shower panel that can be attached to each shower. 4) It is an economical (cheap) but convenient shower panel (smart use of water).

5) It is to perform a shower panel that allows you to get faster height ablution. 6) It is an invention which does not require fiber to be used when used with foam water.

The place and other benefits of the invention in daily use

The panel is fixed to the wall vertically with clips from the upper and lower ends. The object of the present invention is to wash the outer and inner body which are in front of the showerhead in a separate direction from top to bottom with high pressure soapy water (without fibers). Once the person has entered the shower and to made sure that only the top of the panel is open and 25 ml of liquid soap has been placed, activates the tap to the maximum level and rotate around it twice under high pressure foamy water (25 bar) for a total of 15 seconds then wash the armpit and hair/beard in the in 15 seconds. The person can scrub the desired parts while washing. In the same way, person can be washed easily with pressurized soap water using the bottom of the panel (without fiber). After the whole body is washed with pressurized soapy water, if the person is a man, the hair beard and ear, else if a women the hair and ear is shampooed with 2 liters of water and the top and bottom of the panel is opened at the same time and a 20 second rinse is performed with only pressurized water. As a result of this application, the person is washed with pressurized foam water so that there is no gap. The volume of water consumed is 18 liters (1 bucket). In this way, a quick shower can be taken as well as more speed ablution (height). In this way, one can save 1 bucket of water for one who uses 2 buckets of water in the shower, and 50% time savings for 15 minutes for one who takes a 30 min shower, because; it is not necessary to clean each region individually. If water is not used efficiently, many problems, especially scarcity and pollution, may occur. Also the total liquid soap cost used is similar to solid soap. Other benefits include:

1) To be used for preventing cellulite formation.

2) Can be used to prevent sagging of the abdomen and arm.

3) Can be used to benefit from the benefits of aromatic oils useful to the body..

4) Can be used with the aim of massaging with quick water particles from various parts of the body. Description of the figures

The flow diagram and nozzle of the shower panel, which are two main parts realized in order to attain the aim of the present invention, are shown in the attached figures.

Disclosure of the Invention

The fast shower panel according to the invention is in its most basic form;

- 7 plumbing pipes (11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18), including one long and seven short, - 8 threaded adapters (21-22-23-24-25-26-27-28) added by welding to plastic pipe,

- three tees (31-32-33) fitted to three main connection parts,

- 2 pieces ball valve (41-42) put in liquid soap,

- 2 pieces of metal valve (51 -52) providing water outlet control, - 2 vertical fan nozzles (61-62) for water outlet shape control

The entire panel is designed with reference to the water pipe with a diameter of 20 m and all parts are assembled together using the internal and external threading system.

The plumbing pipes (1) are standard 20 mm plumbing pipes, one of which is 90 cm and the others are 4 cm long, the ones of 4 cm (12-13-14-15-16-17-18) are used for joining, 90 cm ( 11 ) determines the vertical length of the panel by using the capillary effect and is fixed to wall by clips and to bottom end of it a gear te (33) is welded bottom end then 4 cm pipe (18) is welded to gear te (33) then threaded adapter (26) is welded to 4 cm pipe (18). The pressure -resistant shower hose to threaded adapter (26) and the other end of the shower hose to a check valve is fitted to prevent the main error foaming water (intrusion inside to main water installation). The threaded adapter (21) (elbow) is welded to the top of the 90 cm pipe (11). To the welded threaded adapter (21), one of the paired pipe clips is attached (so that the other part of the paired clip receiving the support from the wall enables angular fixation) so that the panel does not rotate under pressurized soapy water.

After two 4 cm pipes (12-14) are welded to the threaded wire (31), two threaded adapters (23-27) are attached to the other ends. After this prepared main connection apparatus is attached to the threaded adapter (21) on the panel, the metal valve (51) is attached to the other end and the nozzle

(61) is attached to the other end of the metal valve (51).

At the upper end of the gear te (31), a plastic ball valve (41) is welded to the threaded adapter with a 4 cm pipe (13) is assembled. In the same manner as the portion fitted to the threaded adapter (21) to which the upper 1st fan nozzle (61) is attached, the portion fitted to the threaded adapter (28) to which the second fan nozzle

(62) is installed is prepared. Fan nozzles work according to Bernoulli principle (P + ½.d.V L 2 = constant).

The results of the tests performed several times to wash the body in two separate parts with separate pressurized soapy water (without fibers) are as follows: When the 25 ml liquid soap is placed through a single plastic ball valve (4) and tap which has 4 bar flow rate of 0.2 liter / second is reached to the maximum level, foamy water comes out 40 seconds, but the first 30 seconds have purifying and the remaining 10 seconds have rinsing effect. It was found that this pressurized foamy water cleans the human skin in an adequate level. According to these results, the use of quick shower panel can be explained in the most practical way as follows:. Once the person has entered the shower and to made sure that only the top of the panel is open and 25 ml of liquid soap has been placed, activates the tap to the maximum level and rotate around it twice under high pressure foamy water (25 bar) for a total of 15 seconds then wash the armpit and hair/beard in the in 15 seconds. The person can scrub the desired parts while washing. In the same way, person can be washed easily with pressurized soap water using the bottom of the panel (without fiber). After the whole body is washed with pressurized soapy water, if the person is a man, the hair beard and ear, else if a women the hair and ear is shampooed with 2 liters of water and the top and bottom of the panel is opened at the same time and a 20 second rinse is performed with only pressurized water. As a result of this application, the person is washed with pressurized foam water so that there is no gap. The volume of water consumed is 18 liters ( 1 bucket). In this way, a quick shower can be taken as well as more speed ablution (height). In total, 6 liters from the upper nozzle (61), 6 liters from the lower nozzle (62), 2 liters for hair (shampooing, including beard if the person is a man), and finally, 4 litres from two nozzles (61-62) are opened without adding liquid soap as a result 18 liters of water is spent (1 bucket) order to take a net shower.

Technical specifications I want to be protected

1) The shape, length, cross-sectional area of the long and straight pipe (11) can be shaped into any shape.

2) The manner of removing water (such as fan, spray) of the inserted nozzles 6 may vary (the most efficient and effective nozzle is the fan nozzle).

3) The fast shower panel provides high pressure washing (without fiber) and low pressure rinsing without linear spacing, while the distance between the nozzles (6) fitted may vary to the person's height.

4) The feed distance of the nozzles can be changed from the tap or nozzle (6).

5) This panel can be made of various materials such as metal, plastic.

6) Maximum water pressure output strength in the panel depends on the material used in production. 7) Attachments on the panel can be attached by gluing, welding or screw.

8) Operation steps and usage of this panel.

Industrial application of the invention This quick shower panel can be produced in the mining and chemical industry and used in everyday life. Plumbing materials (pipes, valves, etc.), pipe cutting scissors, plastic pipe welding machine, plumbing sealing tape, wrench and pliers are in the position of being the most suitable equipment in the manufacture of this shower panel, it can be produced quickly without using automation system and it is suitable for production counts. Plastic etc. can be coated with water-resistant material as desired.

In addition, the production of this system is economical and as a result of this, when the products on the market are considered, it will be more functional according to their characteristics and the sale price will be more economical.
