Abstract:
On each connection face (3c) of two members (1a, 1b) that are to be fastened, there are formed a communication groove (6) opened at the surface of the connection face, and an engagement groove (7) having an engagement face (9) that communicates with the communication groove (6), has a larger width than the connection groove (6), and is parallel to the connection face (3c). A connector (8) has two engagement sections (11) each capable of being inserted in the engagement groove (7), having a larger width than the communication groove (6), and having a fastening face (15). The connector (8) also has a connection portion (14) between the engagement sections (11). When the engagement sections (11) and the connection portion (14) are respectively pushed into the inside of an oppositely communicating pair of the communication grooves (6) and into that of the engagement grooves (7), the entire connector (8) can be inserted in the inside. In the inserted state, a fastening face (15) of each engagement section (11) is in contact with the engagement face (9) of the engagement groove (7), and the connector (8) cannot be drawn out in the direction perpendicular to the connection face (3c) of the two members (1a, 1b). The two members (1a, 1b), as a fastened assembly body, have no projection from the surfaces, and are rigidly fastened by the connector (8).
