Abstract:
A fastener and a manufacture process of the same, the fastener is made of carbon/carbon
composite material, said fastener includes screw, bolt, stud, nut, gasket,
they are used in high temperature furnace or corrosive environment to replace
graphite fastener or molybdenum fastener, its manufacture step includes: using
carbon fiber to make blank-increasing density-increasing plasticity and improving
working quality-machine-tooled-purification. Due to the carbon fiber composite
material of the invention has almost three-dimensional structure, so the fastener
formed by it has excellent high-specific strength, has small thermal expansion
coefficient , and it isn't deformed and isn't cracked when it is fast
cooled and fast heated, ,its bending strength is as about ten times as graphite,
its service life can be over one year; due to it has the same lubricating property
as graphite, it is convenient to assemble and disassemble; after surface treatment,
its surface is clean, so it doesn't pollute surrounding environment, parts,
raw materials and products.
