Abstract:
The invention relates to a fastening apparatus made of metal or plastic, and particularly to a retaining and lock thread fastener and a special tool therefor. The apparatus includes a thread fastener and washer, on their end surface facing to each other there are provided with a plurality of retaining teeth respectively, the retaining teeth of one end surface are elastic. The apparatus is configured to have the retaining teeth of the thread fastener engaging with those of the washer so that in various vibration conditions it has advantages of reliable rataining and convenient assembly and disassembly and can be used repeatedly. Once the lock fastener is fastened, a conventional tool could not disassemble it. The apparatus according to the present invention can be widely adapted to lock parts of various devices and manufactured easily with lower cost.
