Abstract:
The invention relates to a fastening carabiner (1), comprising a body (2), a finger (5) and a locking device (6) which is arranged on the finger (5) and comprises a cage (7) and a locking element (8) around the finger (5). The locking element is movable between retracted and deployed positions and is configured to surround at least one portion of a stop member (221) carried by the body (2) so as to lock the finger (5) in a first end-of-travel position. According to the invention, complementary angled teeth are provided on the locking element (8) and said stop member (221) to engage with one another so as to prevent the locking element (8) from returning to its retracted position, and the locking element (8) further comprises a gripping portion which allows a user to press on the locking element (8) in a direction transverse to the finger (5) so as to disengage the angled teeth.
