Abstract:
A fastening device enabling a user to fasten members together without help whenever possible.
A fastening device (50) comprises a screw member (1) to be inserted through a mounting hole, and also comprises a fastening member holding part (7). The fastening member holding part (7) comprises a first surface engaging section (2a) located on the first surface (102b) side of mutually superposed members (102, 103) and engaged with the first surface (102b), an extension section (2c) extending from the first surface engaging section (2a) toward the second surface (103c) side which is the rear side of the first surface (102b), a second surface engaging section (3c) located on the second surface (103c) side and engaged with the second surface (103c), and a screw thread section (3b) for moving the second surface engaging section (3c) to the first surface engaging section (2a) side as the screw member (1) is rotated. The fastening device (50) is finally fastened after the members (102, 103) are temporarily fastened by the fastening member holding part (7).
