Abstract:
A fastening member (3), apparatus for mounting a circuit board, and display device, used to conveniently and securely fasten a PCB (2) to a backplane (1) of a backlight module. The fastening member (3) comprises: a support plate (3012), a first holder (303) fixedly disposed on an upper surface of the support plate (3012), and a second holder (302) opposite to the first holder (303), wherein the first holder (303) forms a first U-shaped holder recess with the support plate (3012), the second holder (302) forms a second U-shaped holder recess with the support plate (3012), and the opening of the first U-shaped holder recess is opposite to the opening of the second U-shaped holder recess. The fastening member (3) is used to fix a circuit board (2) to a backplane (1).
