A fastening structure for a light-filtering strip comprises a light-filtering strip main body (1) and a profile main body (2). An engagement fastener (11) is provided at one end of the light-filtering strip main body. An elastic arm (12) is provided at the other end of the light-filtering strip main body. The profile main body has an opening (21) for engagement with the light-filtering strip main body. An inner side wall of the opening has an engagement recess (22) for engagement with the engagement fastener. Another inner side wall of the opening has a slot (23) for insertion of the elastic arm. After the light-filtering strip main body has been fastened, deformation of the elastic arm inserted into the slot generates a rebounding force acting on the engagement fastener, such that the engagement fastener tightly engages at the engagement recess. The fastening structure for a light-filtering strip involves a simple assembly process, is less affected by a length of a profile, and can be assembled by means of a tool. Moreover, elastic deformation of the elastic arm enables tight engagement of the engagement fastener at the engagement recess, thereby improving reliability.
