Abstract:
A fastening structure 1 has: a fastening member 14 having a base seat 141, a first fastening part 142 extending upward orthogonal to the base seat 141, and a second fastening part 143 extending downward orthogonal to the base seat 141; an attachment member 13 that is provided to the upper part of the base seat 141 and that has a hole 1311 into which the first fastening part 142 is inserted; a first nut 15 provided to the upper part of the attachment member 13 and fastened to the first fastening part 142; a vehicle roof panel 11 that is provided to the lower part of the base seat 141 and that has a hole 111 into which the second fastening part 143 is inserted; and a seal member 19 provided to the lower part of the base seat 141, and provided between an outer surface of the second fastening part 143 and an inner surface of the hole 111 of the roof panel 11.
