Abstract:
Disclosed are a fasudil compound salt, which is selected from fasudil dichloroacetate, fasudil trifluoroacetate, fasudil trichloroacetate, fasudil chloroacetate, fasudil chlorobromoacetate, fasudil tribromoacetate, and a fasudil dichloroacetic acid condensation compound, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a preparation method therefor, and a pharmaceutical composition containing these compounds and a medical use thereof, particularly the use of same in the preparation of a drug for preventing and/or treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as pulmonary hypertension, cerebral arterial thrombosis and subarachnoid hemorrhage.
