Abstract:
A fat-containing composition comprising at least (A) an oily component, (B) glycerin, and (C) an emulsifier, wherein the composition comprises, as (A) the oily component, a glycerin fatty acid ester in which 30 mass% to 75 mass% of the constituent fatty acid thereof is docosahexaenoic acid, and as (C) the emulsifier, decaglycerin fatty acid ester the constituent fatty acid of which is oleic acid, and the content ratio of (A) the oily component, (B) glycerin, and (C) the emulsifier is in the following range relative to the total mass of (A) the oily component, (B) glycerin, and (C) the emulsifier: (A) oily component: 55 mass% to 78 mass%, (B) glycerin: 10 mass% to 35 mass%, (C) emulsifier: 5 mass% to 13 mass%.
