Abstract:
A fat or oil composition comprising 100 parts by weight of component (A) consisting of a fat or oil wherein a diacylglycerol in which in constituent fatty acids the content of unsaturated fatty acids is 80 wt.% or higher, the content of conjugated linoleic acid is in the range of 2 to 92 wt.% and the content of ω3 unsaturated fatty acids is below 15 wt.% is contained in an amount of 15 wt.% or more, and wherein the content of monoacylglycerol is 5 wt.% or below, the content of free fatty acids is 5 wt.% or below and the weight ratio of 1,3-diacylglycerol/1,2-diacylglycerol is in the range of 1 to 5, and comprising 0.001 to 2 parts by weight of component (B) consisting of tocopherol.
