Abstract:
Fat-reducing food, comprising very-low calorie food and calorie-restricting balanced food. The calorie of the very-low calorie food is 400-800 kilocalories, and the very-low calorie food comprises any one of a food set meal A, a food set meal B, a food set meal C or a food set meal D, and fresh food. The fat-reducing food is used for reducing fat of overweight or obesity groups, the very-low calorie food is eaten in 1-5 days, and the calorie-restricting balanced food is eaten in 6-20 days. Further provided is a food box containing the fat-reducing food.
