Abstract:
A fatigue early warning system, which includes a fatigue signal detection unit, a
signal processing unit and a fatigue alarm unit. The fatigue signal detection unit
includes a alloy electrode sensor and a photoelectric sensor; the signal processing
unit includes a analog signal processing circuit, which converts the fatigue
signal into analog voltage signal, a A/D conversion circuit, which converts
the analog voltage signal into digital signal, and a microprocessor which processes
the digital signal; the fatigue alarm unit includes a sound notice circuit, a
vibrating circuit and a impulse circuit and so on. The present invention is not
only lower cost product, but also can accurately distinguish the change of spirit
of user during the whole day. The system is suited to miniaturization, and can
be integrated into adornments such as chaplet, finger ring, earbob and the like,
and can be imbedded into various accutrons, or case of MP3, helmet, steering wheel
and so forth, so the system can be extensively applied to the fields of military, traffic,
commodity and otherwise, to actively perform fatigue early warning for safety.
