Abstract:
A technique for causing a user to blink voluntarily. A fatigue prevention device (1) comprises a blink detector (2), a blink judgment device (3), a vision change device (4), a lens part (5), and an input device (6). The blink detector (2) detects blink by the variation of an electric charge charged to the eyelids of the user and sends a blink detection signal to the blink judgment device (3). When judging that the blink of the user becomes less frequent than the predetermined reference frequency designated by the input device (6), the blink judgment device (3) sends a vision change signal to the vision change device (4). The vision change device (4) hinders the vision of the lens part (5) so that the user feels uncomfortable. The fatigue prevention device (1) continues to hinder the vision until the user blinks next.
