Abstract:
Fatty acid bile acid conjugates of formula I, pharmaceutically acceptable salts,
their preparation methods, pharmaceutical compositions containing the same,
and the uses of the fatty acid bile acid conjugates or their pharmaceutically
acceptable salts for preparing the drugs useful in the prophylaxis or treatment
of gall-stone, fatty liver, atherosclerosis and so on, in which, R1
represents trans- or cis-OH, R2 represents H or OH, R3 represents
H or C1-5alkyl, and n is an even number in the range of 4-20.
