Abstract:
A fatty amine hydrophobically modified graphene oxide suitable for a water-based coating, and a preparation method therefor comprising: after uniformly dispersing graphene oxide in an organic high-boiling-point solvent, removing hydroxyl on the surface of the graphene oxide by using a dehydrating agent, then fully reacting a treated graphene oxide solution with fatty amine, and finally filtering, washing and drying to obtain the fatty amine hydrophobically modified graphene oxide. A series of modified graphene materials containing aliphatic chains having different lengths are prepared by adopting a simple one-step chemical method, adopting the characteristics of aliphatic chain hydrophobicity and large action area, and utilizing the reaction activity of amino and carboxyl on the surface of graphene oxide, so that the hydrophobicity of graphene oxide can be effectively improved, and the dispersity of graphene in a water-based system is ensured.
