Abstract:
A fault detection method and apparatus for an oil-gas pump electric motor, which relate to the technical field of oil-gas pump electric motors. The method comprises: obtaining a first predetermined current threshold value (S110); obtaining a real-time current of an electric motor bus (S120); obtaining a current fluctuation value of the electric motor bus according to the real-time current of the electric motor bus (S130); determining whether the fluctuation value exceeds a first predetermined current threshold value (S140); if the fluctuation value exceeds the first predetermined current threshold value, obtaining a first instruction, wherein the first instruction is used for controlling an electric motor to stop running, and determining whether the electric motor stalls (S150); if the electric motor stalls, obtaining a stalling time of the electric motor (S160); obtaining a first predetermined time threshold value (S170); determining whether the stalling time of the electric motor exceeds the first predetermined time threshold value (S180); and if the stalling time of the electric motor exceeds the first predetermined time threshold value, obtaining a second instruction, wherein the second instruction is used for checking an electric motor bearing (S190). The technical effect of whether an electric motor stalls being determined according to a fluctuation situation of an electric motor current, and if the electric motor stalls, the electric motor stopping running in a timely manner, thereby protecting the security of the electric motor is achieved.
