Abstract:

A fault feedback method and device (200) and mobile device (300). The fault feedback method comprises: receiving an instruction, input by a user, for initiating video and audio recording in the event of a failure of the mobile device (300) (S101); conducting the video and audio recording for a screen of the mobile device (300), synthesizing the results of the video and audio recording into an audio/video file (S102); saving the audio/video file (S103); and transmitting the audio/video file to a customer service center of the mobile device (300) according to a submitting instruction input by the user (S104). The fault feedback method, the apparatus (200) and the mobile device (300) can provide the user with more convenient fault feedback service, thus enhancing the user experience.
