A fault isolation and power recovery method supporting automatic rule generation and manual rule editing for a power distribution network, the method comprising: automatically generating, according to fault information of apparatuses in the distribution network, a fault determination logic for locating a faulty apparatus, fault isolation, and fault recovery, and constructing a model; automatically generating, according to a comprehensive protection signal and a location of the faulty apparatus in the distribution network, a corresponding action condition list; and automatically generating, according to operations required for fault recovery, a corresponding action sequence list, sequentially checking whether action conditions are met, and if so, triggering the action sequence. The method combines automatic model construction and a manual mode, generates an action condition list and an action sequence list for a fault, and automatically triggers the action sequence when action conditions are met, thereby improving accuracy and reliability of actions.
