Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of terminals, and provided thereby are a fault processing method for a terminal device and a terminal device, which are capable of improving the accuracy of the result of detecting faults that occur in the terminal device, such as a black screen or a frozen screen. The fault processing method comprises: acquiring a first operation and a first result; when determining that the first operation is the same as a predefined second operation, determining that the first result is a fault result; and when the first operation is the same as the second operation and the first result is a fault result, determining that the terminal device experiences an actual fault, wherein the first operation is an operation currently implemented by the user on the terminal device, and the first result is the result of the terminal device responding to the first operation.
