Abstract:
Provided by the present invention are a fault processing method, virtual infrastructure management system, service management system and virtualized computer system. The fault processing method comprises: a virtual infrastructure management system acquiring a fault alarm message, the fault alarm message carrying identification information of a fault device and a fault type; the virtual infrastructure management system determining a first virtual machine set according to the fault alarm message, the first virtual machine set comprising at least one first virtual machine affected by the fault device; and the virtual infrastructure management system sending a status alarm message to a service management system, the status alarm message carrying information of the first virtual machine set. The technical solution of the present invention may quickly inform an affected service of the effect of a hardware fault, thereby improving service reliability.
