Abstract:
Provided is an Fe-based soft magnetic alloy. An Fe-based soft magnetic alloy according to an embodiment of the present invention is represented by the empirical formula XaBbSicCudMe, wherein: X includes Fe and at least one element among Ni and Co; M includes at least one element among Nb and Mo; and a, b, c, d, and e indicate the atomic percents (at%) of corresponding elements, in which 15.0≤b+c≤19.0, 0.5≤d≤1.5, and 2.0≤e≤5.0; and X is included as the remainder. Accordingly, the Fe-based soft magnetic alloy has high saturation magnetic flux density and low magnetic loss characteristics, and thus can be very easily used in various parts using magnetic materials. In addition, since the effect of heat treatment conditions can be minimized during the realization of uniform and small crystal grains after heat treatment, process conditions can be easily designed, so that the Fe-based soft magnetic alloy is very suitable for mass production.
