Title:
FE-CO ALLOY POWDER, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR, ANTENNA, INDUCTOR, AND EMI FILTER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/152048
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an iron-copper (Fe-Co) alloy powder that is suitable for an antenna that has a high saturation magnetization value (σs) and a controlled coercive force (Hc), thereby achieving an extremely large µ' and a sufficiently small tan δ (µ). [Solution] During formation of seed crystals by introducing an oxidant into an aqueous solution containing Fe ions and Co ions in order cause a precursor having Fe and Co as constituent elements to deposit and grow, the precursor is obtained by adding Co to the aqueous solution in an amount equivalent to 40% or more of the total amount of Co used for the deposition reaction during a period after the beginning of the seed crystal formation and before the ending of the deposition reaction, and a dried product of the precursor is then reduced in order to obtain an Fe-Co alloy powder. This Fe-Co alloy powder has an average grain size of 100nm or smaller, a coercive force (Hc) of 52.0-78.0kA/m, and a saturation magnetization value (σs) of 160Am2/kg or higher.
