Abstract:
Provided is a method for manufacturing FeNi ordered alloy with an L10 ordered structure. After nitriding a powder sample (100) of a FeNi disordered alloy set in a tubular furnace (10) with NH3 gas, denitrification in which nitrogen is removed from the nitrided FeNi disordered alloy is performed using H2 gas. As a result, a L10 FeNi ordered alloy with a degree of order S of at least 0.5 is obtained.
