Abstract:
A feed for improving fish immunity and a preparation method therefor, relating to the technical field of feeds. The feed is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of soybean cake, 10-15 parts of silkworm chrysalis powder, 1-10 parts of distiller's grains, 5-10 parts of barley flour, 20-30 parts of corn flour, 5-10 parts of bran, 5-10 parts of sweet potato flour, 5-10 parts of locust tree leaf powder, 1-5 parts of blood meal, 3-5 parts of soybean lecithin, 3-6 parts of calcium phosphate, 5-10 parts of pine pollen, 2-4 parts of ferulic acid, 5-10 parts of chlorella lyophilized powder, 2-4 parts of degreased krill powder, 1-2 parts of cecropin, and 0.1-1 parts of sodium propionate. The feed can improve the growth performance and immune activity of yellow croaker. It can be determined from comparative experimentations that the ferulic acid, the chlorella lyophilized powder and the cecropin in the feed have mutual synergistic effects, increasing the weight gain rate of yellow croaker, reducing the feed coefficient, and increasing the immunity.
