Abstract:
Provided are a feed-roll movement device, a knife cylinder, a rotary die cutter, and a box manufacturing machine, wherein the following are included: movement members (101A, 101B) disposed on the outer periphery side of feed rolls (48A, 48B); a movement mechanism (102) that moves the movement members (101A, 101B) along the axial direction of a knife cylinder (44); and connection/release mechanisms (103A, 103B) that can connect the feed rolls (48A, 48B) and the movement members (101A, 101B), and that release the connection between the feed rolls (48A, 48B) and the movement members (101A, 101B) when a load exceeding a preset release load along the axial direction of the knife cylinder (44) acts on the feed rolls (48A, 48B).
