Abstract:
Provided is a feedback control method in a control device having: a delay compensator that has a model being controlled and a filter; a first feedback controller; a notch filter; and a noise compensator, wherein: the filter is divided into a first filter and a second filter; cycle transmission characteristics of the first filter are granted by the product of the model being controlled and a second feedback controller, and open-loop characteristics of the first filter are granted by closed-loop-system transmission characteristics configured so that the output is equivalent to the input; the output of the first filter is processed using a third feedback controller, and the result is used as output of the noise compensator; and the first feedback controller performs feedback compensation on the subject being controlled on the basis of the deviation between the output of the delay compensator and a target value, and calculates an operation amount with respect to the subject being controlled on the basis of the output of the notch filter and the output of the noise compensator.
