Abstract:
According to a control device (60) of a component mounting machine (35), when a cassette-type feeder (11) to be taken out from a feeder set area (41) is an in-use cassette-type feeder (11) in which components remain, the number of the remaining components is stored into a storage device (65) in association with a feeder ID of said cassette-type feeder (11), the replacement time of each cassette-type feeder (11) set in the feeder set area (41) is set so as not to be overlapped with the replacement times of the other cassette-type feeders (11), the operation of a replacement robot (45) is controlled so as to take out a cassette-type feeder (11) the replacement time of which has expired from the feeder set area (41) at the set replacement time and to collect the feeder into a feeder stock area (43), and a cassette-type feeder (11) from among the standby cassette-type feeders (11) in the feeder stock area (43) that supplies the same components as those supplied from the cassette-type feeder (11) the replacement time of which has expired is taken out and set in the feeder set area (41).
